Maybe it's just because I'm a strange pervert with a fascination for the word "panties." Maybe it's watching a video featuring guitarist Foy Taylor shovel panties by the barrelful into the back of a pick up truck. Or maybe it's just because the song is SO DAMN GOOD...either way, I'm loving the new video from Little Miss Higgins for her track, "Bargain! Shop Panties."
